Abstract: Succession of problems in measuring the parameters of noise processes has been settled following the experience of thermal noise study. An effect of uninformative noise signals on the result of measuring integral characteristics and possibility of optimizing the duration of measurement in the input circuit has been scrutinized. The methods of increasing the interference immunity of means of measuring the integral characteristics of noise signals have been analyzed. Copyright © 2013 IFSA

Possibility of researching the most contemporary measure of temperature on the basis of fundamental physical constants with involvement of the Standard of Electrical Resistance on the basis of Inverse of Conductance Quantum as well as the Standard of Voltage based on the Josephson junctions array is considered. Its realization depends mainly on the operation of unique electronic device, the work of which forms the basis of the transformation of pulses of electrical voltage into the calibrated jumps of temperature. On the one hand it should be super miniature and pass currents of magnitude of order 1 nA, and on the other hand it should perform the functions of active temperature-sensitive element

This work is devoted to the study of the impact of fluctuation parameters on forming random error of temperature measurements of environment. That is particular value for gas fire alarm sensors because it facilitates of increase of their data reliability. Random error is demonstrated to increase significantly under the decrease of sensitive element dimensions that, however, is demanded for reduction of sensor thermal inertia constant

A number of nanoobjects information parameters have been studied on basis of which new nanometrology development directions have been displayed. It is shown that the further nanotechnology development must be grounded on the works which moreover simultaneously develop nanometrology principles. The basis of these works is thermodynamics as integral systems of thermodynamical coordinates which are marked out by the noncorrelated impact on objects. Under the transition into nanosphere some separate thermodynamic degrees of freedom are gradually changing because of surface tension forces prevails over gravity forces. The thermodynamics is complicated by taking into account nonlinearity and interrelations of its coordinates and new discovered physical effects
